Here’s another in my ongoing series of photographing eights. This one was on the back of an old circus train in the Ringing Museum in Sarasato, Florida. Not a recommended place to go if you are afraid of clowns. Pretty cool place for everyone else.

Great news! I just received notification that I won a Create Award for Best of Catergory: Photography Support / Retouching. Can I get a whoot whoot.
My work will be featured in the Create Awards 2008 Winners Book and online showcase, as well as at the gallery/reception at Create Chaos in Orlando, FL.
This shot was created for my client Zenith Design Group as part of a larger composite piece for the cover of a kid’s activity kit. Most of the photography is mine, except for the lizard, leaves and jungle shots.
Muchos gracias to Angela Bowden and Kristi Wood for their great art direction.
Go team!
Last week was the grand opening of the Waffle House Museum, located just around the corner from the studio. Waffle House is one of my favorite restaurants of the variety that are open 24 hours a day, 395 days a year. The museum is located in the building that was the very first Waffle House restaurant. It has been meticulously restored to how it looked when it originally opened in 1955.
Apparently back in the 50’s, dripping bloody fonts made people hungry for hashbrowns.
It’s been due for a overhaul for a long time, and it’s finally here. The new and improved prime8photo.com is online. Check back now and again for new work, daily ramblings, a 365 photoblog and stories from the exciting world of freelance photography.
Muchos gracias to my wife and partner in crime Sadie of Glinting Communications for making this site a reality. She’s definitely the brains of the operation. And the looks. Not sure what I bring to the table.
Oh yeah. I took all the pretty pictures.
Enjoy. And tell all your friends.
